I work as a Technologist/Process Engineer at Polifab, the micro and nano-fabrication centre of the Politecnico of Milano. I help industrial clients and research groups to develop new processes, using the wide range of techniques which are available at our facility (e.g. lithography, thin film deposition, etching, optical characterization). I have been recently focusing on the development of conformal oxides using Atomic Layer Deposition.
