Dispositioning of items suspected of deviations, verification across blueprints, writing of Temporary Manufacturing Specifications (T-MPS). Supported in data analysis of historic NCR’s to identify where the production process can be optimised. JAN ‘25 - JUN ‘25: Design Engineering, Bucharest RO Gulfstream G700 / G800 Empennage, Enhanced Environmental Protection. Design optimisation to protect the structure of the empennage (vertical fin, horizontal stabiliser, elevators and rudder) against the elements. Several ECR’s in one project, focused on drain path improvement, primer- paint- and sealant specifications, fastener changes, electrical bonding upgrades, along with manufacturing model updates.
