Build pipeline and manage the early stage of the sales process.
- Set up a player branding agency, with a former colleague from 433. - 2 projects delivered with partners like Adidas and Sports Invest UK. - Projects with Ajax, Fejenoord and PSV. - Private project with Jordan Zirkzee.
- Initiated and scaled the Italian market from zero: Outbound, negotiation, onboarding, and expansion of customers. - Managed a weekly/monthly revenue quota (from ~€1k to ~€10k+ depending on seasonality/weekly) - Drove €300-400k revenue in Italy; contributed to growth to €1M ARR/revenue milestone by year 3. - Built a logistics partnership in Brescia that removed a scaling bottleneck and enabled higher volumes at a lower cost. - Owned the full deal cycle: Prospecting → proposal → close → onboarding → retention/upsell. - Operated in a “messy data” market: research-heavy targeting + high-volume cold calling.
