Supporting the Head of Revenues Coordination on the day-to-day management of the Revenue area during the critical transition to Games-Time operations, ahead of the largest winter sports event in history. • Partner with the Head of Revenues Coordination across all revenue streams — sponsorship, hospitality, ticketing and licensing — contributing to the commercial strategy of the XXV Olympic Winter Games. • Manage day-to-day interactions with TOP Worldwide Olympic Partners and Premium Sponsors, supporting contractual deliverables, partner activation and communication flows. • Build executive-ready analyses and presentations for senior management on revenue performance, partnership status and strategic priorities, using Excel and PowerPoint. • Coordinate across internal stakeholders and external commercial partners, operating in a multi-stakeholder environment with strict Games-Time deadlines. • Gain direct exposure to strategic decision-making inside one of the most complex international sporting events ever organised in Europe.
Contributed to the Revenue & Marketing strategy of the Milano Cortina 2026 Organising Committee, reporting directly to the Head of Revenues Coordination. • Conducted a structured strategic benchmarking of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, extracting operational and commercial insights across revenue streams to inform Milano Cortina 2026 planning. • Distilled findings into actionable recommendations for the Revenue team, packaged in executive-ready analyses and presentations used as reference material across multiple workstreams. • Supported the management of the Foundation's partner portfolio, including relationship maintenance, communication coordination and follow-up on contractual obligations. • Contributed to strategic marketing and revenue initiatives across sponsorship, hospitality and licensing workstreams, developing a working understanding of how commercial strategy is designed and executed inside a complex, time-bound organisation.
