“Discover, team up and have fun”, that’s my motto! Thanks to my engineering background I have discovered my passion for technology and innovation, perfect ingredients to stand out in my following sales career. I have provided my contribution in several markets creating and delivering high value for the success of my customers and my companies. A really funny journey that started as an engineer in oil&gas and marine business, followed by the first sales experience in the business of technical polymeric components used in automotive, hydraulics and gas industries. Afterwards a big step in a multinational company leader in robotics and automation has given me the opportunity to continue growing as key account manager, coordinating globally the business of some customers, and lastly doing a step further as a leader of a sales team. With method and great passion for sales job I have reached my targets looking always to maintain a mix of both “farming” and “hunting” activities, creating and adapting my own strategy to the business challenges that come time by time from inside or outside the company. Especially in my last experience I had the opportunity to combine my willingness to grow as a person, as a professional and as a manager. I aim to the excellence for myself, for my customers and for my team, thinking always how to grow, reaching more challenging results. The strategical aspects of the business and the people management are the most interesting focuses that stimulate my career growth.
