• Served as the primary point of accountability for the entire Latin America region, managing a diverse portfolio of international projects valued at 3M-4M euro annually (approx. 10% of total company revenue). • Led cross-functional teams of 10 engineers (SW, HW, Field Ops) and international sub-contractors to deliver safety-critical VCS (Voice Communication Systems) & Networking solutions. Successfully managed system deployments across Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Honduras and Costa Rica. • Collaborated with the Bid & Sales department to secure regional contracts, bridging the gap between technical constraints and client requirements for civil (ANSP) and military clients. • Oversaw the full product lifecycle for VoIP (ED-137 standard) and legacy integrations, ensuring seamless acceptance (FAT/SAT) and compliance with international aviation standards.
