As Head of Operations Planning (EMEA), I lead the industrial transformation of our headquarters, coordinating a multidisciplinary engineering team across mechanical, electrical, and welding disciplines. I oversee the development of new production lines and major facility upgrades, while maintaining a hands-on role as lead developer for our software systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
