Born and raised in Italy’s renowned Food Valley, I developed a deep passion for Italian food and wine culture from an early age. After completing the ITS Tech&Food program, specializing in the marketing and export of Made in Italy agri-food products, I decided to further expand my education within the international wine business. I am currently based in Geisenheim, Germany, where I am pursuing a degree in International Wine Business at the prestigious Hochschule Geisenheim University (HGU). This experience is allowing me to gain a global perspective on the wine industry and to build a strong international network through direct interaction with students, traders, and wine importers from all over the world.
• Supporto al Quality Manager nelle attività di controllo qualità, gestione documentale e conformità agli standard ISO. • Verifica delle non conformità, compilazione di etichette prodotto e fogli pallet, garantendo la tracciabilità e la corretta identificazione della merce. • Sviluppo di competenze in problem solving, attenzione al dettaglio e utilizzo di strumenti per la qualità (es. check-list, moduli di ispezione).
Organizzavo e conducevo tour, principalmente in inglese e in spagnolo, con un focus particolare sulla vendita dei vini della Comunità Valenciana, valorizzandone le caratteristiche e promuovendone la conoscenza. Inoltre, supportavo la gestione dei fornitori e i processi di approvvigionamento, garantendo un'attenta selezione di materie prime e prodotti finiti.
