Securing operations by achieving KPIs and coaching employees in the daily management of CS activities and ensure they achieve the set objectives in terms of productivity and quality; Achieving short and long-term objectives and act as the person ultimately responsible for my team, by means of clear objectives, daily consultation, evaluations, training.
Develop engaging and entertaining trainings and self-studies to maintain employee attention and improve impact of training; Monitor and report trainees progress to address group and individual needs; Coach new trainers and Trainers Support (Presentation, Communication and Company Tone of Voice). Support Operation: Team Coaching; Team Leaders support; Performance analysis to identify trainings needs and opportunities; KPIs evaluations to identify areas of needed improvement. Support HR (Recruitment Process): Assessment Host, Review applications for experience and fit with posted positions, candidates interviews and evaluation. Support Communication: Internal communications and engagements campaigns to educate about procedures, and updates; Translate, proofread and edit website updates and standardised emails to customers to check spelling, grammar and Tone of Voice.
Respond to customer calls and emails about orders, products, services and Company information with focus on customer satisfaction; SAP-CRM knowledge; Comply with Company policies and procedures by encouraging positive and effective work environment among colleagues.
