• As a front-end developer, I worked on the Smart Building Console project, utilizing Drupal 8 and PHP to create a platform with several capabilities. These capabilities include connecting to smart sensors for proximity, humidity, and waste management, as well as room booking, mapping, and Bluetooth navigation within the building. • Involved in automating testing for various telecommunications network systems, such as HLR, billing, switches, and CRM, using the QualiSystems suite. This included testing related services such as barring, unbarring, suspensions, and activations. • Developed a graphical user interface for number portability and ticketing systems, using Java and JSP.
• Developed and launched a tool for identifying fraudulent activity in the telecommunications industry through data analysis. This tool aimed to calculate potential losses and forecast savings based on detected fraudulent scenarios. The user interface of the tool was designed using Tableau dashboards, displaying metrics such as savings, losses, key performance indicators, and team performance. The tool's backend was built using Oracle and data was collected from various external databases including Vertica, Postgres, MySQL, and Cassandra.
