Entrepreneur hailing from Milan, Italy, I made significant strides in the global industrial sector, with a particular focus on the Middle East. Born in 1978, my journey into the world of industry and engineering began with a degree in Electrical Engineering. My early career included a stint at a renowned Italian oil and gas company, which served as a springboard for my passion and expertise in the field. My decision to relocate to the United Arab Emirates was a pivotal point in my career. Here, I acquired and transformed Profile Middle East, a small-scale company providing personnel and services to the industrial sector, into a preferred supplier for multinational oil companies. My ventures extend beyond the traditional industry. I acquired the majority of the shares of Technometer Middle East, a company specialising in land survey and visual inspection of industrial sites and buildings with drones. In addition, with some partners, I founded Hevor s.r.l., an innovative startup based in Milan, Italy, which gave rise to Rec-Place. This ground-breaking recruitment platform addresses the unique needs of the industrial sector, offering a fresh and innovative approach to international recruitment for industrial projects. I am a dedicated advocate of Italian-UAE relations, serving as Vice President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Dubai and a member of the board of the Italian Business Council of Abu Dhabi (which merged with The Italian Chamber of Commerce in the UAE in January 2023). My influence extends to event organisation, utilising my extensive network to promote significant Italian events in the UAE and abroad. In 2023 I was awarded the Cavaliere dell’Ordine della Stella d’Italia, one of Italy's highest civilian honours, in recognition of the efforts in promoting friendly relations and cooperation between Italy and other nations.
