I lead AI and cloud transformation for some of the world's most complex enterprises — banking, capital markets, retail, manufacturing, telco and health care systems. In my current role at Microsoft, I serve as a named-account P&L executive and Director of AI Delivery for the Financial Services segment within Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD), personally accountable for financial outcomes across Microsoft's largest FSI customers. Since 2022, my direct accountability spans $1B+ in Azure Consumption Commitments and delivered services revenue across the CDP and DME functions. In 2025, I led Copilot and agentic AI deployments of 150,000+ seats across 6 tier-1 FSI customers — including Moody's, Bank of America, BNY Mellon, DTCC, Wells Fargo, and Kraft Heinz + others. I'm also helping to build Microsoft's Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) capability inside ISD's FSI segment — embedding senior engineers directly inside customer environments to ship production AI, not just advise on it.
