Background - Matt is an accomplished financial executive and corporate board member. He is the former CFO of the University of Oklahoma (OU) and a retired partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). As CFO of OU his responsibilities included financial operations, human resources, campus facilities, and information technology for the Norman and Tulsa campuses plus the OU Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. In his role he also served on the Board of Directors of OU Health, a state-wide comprehensive health care system, sitting on the Finance and Compensation Committees and chairing the Audit Committee. Matt is also a public company board member and retired PwC partner. In these roles he has over 40 years of experience working with financial services firms in the US and abroad – both SEC registered and privately held. His clients included commercial banks, central banks (US and foreign), investment advisers, alternative investment funds, mutual funds, pension funds and endowment funds.
