I constantly engage in opportunities in which I can add value and learn, even when they're beyond scope of my current role, title, or level. Currently I work at AngelList and build products for LPs and GPs. In my last full-time role I joined as one of the first employees at Drift. Over almost 7 years, I watched the company grow from $0 in revenue to a $1.2B exit and 600 employees.       - Oversee the product strategy and direction of AngelList's Investor Management product line (Data Room, Digital Subscriptions, Portal, Compliance CRM). - Develop and drive the AngelList partnerships program, working with Law Firms and Fund Admins to provide AngelList software to their clients. - Drive the 0-1 build of AngelList's Fund Banking offering, targeting all types of private funds (VC, PE, RE, Hedge, Crypto, etc) - Launch the 0-1 build of USVC.com, a retail fund for investors to access the venture capital asset class. In addition to acting as a player-coach (actively PM'ing teams in addition to leading the larger group), I owned our entire self-service business unit at Drift, which means I was responsible for sales and retention figures on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Every Friday, I run an all-hands company ritual called Show & Tell that many folks have told me is their favorite recurring meeting they've ever had!
