Product leader for Experian's Originations Decisioning Software in UK&I Key responsibilities included: - P&L responsibility for Experian's Originations Decisioning products in the UK&I. - Drive client migration programme to assure revenue transfer from legacy software to current portfolio. - Working with client facing teams to support major sales opportunities. - Engagement with clients to understand market trends and requirements.
Led a regional Product Management team with responsibilities for a range of B2B decisioning products covering Customer Acquisition, Customer Management and Debt Management. Key responsibilities included: - Team management of Product Managers, providing guidance, mentoring and objective setting. - Business case creation, identifying market opportunities, required investment and predicted revenue generation to drive product portfolio growth. - Research and analysis into market segments to identify opportunities and product alignment. - Creation and execution of Go-To-Market plans for new propositions and products. - Product pricing in accordance with market, internal costs and revenue targets. - Tracking of product profitability and revenue. - Win Loss analysis. - Regional product roadmap and strategy. - On-going collaboration with Sales, Finance, Solution Delivery and Consultancy teams. - Deputise for Director of Product Management
I was part of Global Product Management team with product line responsibility for a suite of Customer Decisioning products. During my time in this role I was promoted from Product Manager to Senior Product Manager. I managed a range of products through their lifcycle including the creation and global launch of a new major platform version. The software is now being sold and delivered globally and has seen a significant increase in revenue since market launch. Additional key responsibilities included: - Own, drive and maintain the product roadmap and strategy though identification of market requirements, competitive challenges and internal needs. - Global market launch of new products.
