Technology Consultant within the Technology Consulting practice specialising in Projects and Transformation.
Responsible for direct customer relations by being a point of contact on a customer site. Daily responsibilities included governance activities and management information provision. Additional projects included the following: Project managed a small defense project through its initiation phase resulting in a Go decision at it's initial governance Gate. As part of this role I conducted a gap analysis on the contractual requirements yet to be delivered by ATLAS. This gave the Programme visibility of what requirements were not being delivered and ensured that revenue wasn't lost through contract infringement. Responsible for the assurance of key Project documentation by liaising directly with the customer to ensure quick and efficient approval.
