I’m a global operations executive with 25+ years of experience building and leading large-scale delivery and enterprise operations organizations. I currently serve as President and Managing Director of RCG IT Philippines (dba Myridius), a Manila-based global capability center, leading more than 1,400 professionals and managing $50M P&L responsibility while supporting enterprise technology, engineering, and business operations for North American clients. My work focuses on building scalable offshore organizations that operate as trusted extensions of global businesses. This includes designing operating models, strengthening governance frameworks, developing leadership teams, and aligning delivery organizations with global stakeholders to drive predictable performance and sustainable growth. Over the past decade I have helped scale Manila operations from 400 to more than 1,400 employees while improving recruiting throughput, reducing attrition, and maintaining strong delivery and financial performance. I have led cross-functional organizations spanning delivery, HR, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and IT operations. My experience spans technology consulting, IT-BPM operations, and global shared services environments supporting industries such as Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Insurance, and Healthcare. I am particularly interested in leadership opportunities involving Global Business Services (GBS), Global Capability Centers (GCC), shared services, and large-scale delivery organizations in the Philippines and globally.
