I’m building Lode: authority systems for enterprise AI. Lode deploys AI, including agentic AI into real organisational work, through authority systems. Every action is governed at the moment of decision: approvals, thresholds, escalation, accountability, built into the deployment rather than bolted on after. The bet: as agentic AI moves from experiment to execution, the organisations that win are the ones that can actually deploy it. That means AI that’s trustworthy by design, not by hope — especially in regulated sectors (FCA, healthcare, EU AI Act-exposed) and sensitive operational environments (public sector, PMO, procurement).
