Customer Success Manager - Responsible for the expense management services provided to a number global Fortune 500 companies.
I am now currently responsible for projecting resource requirements and organising work streams for the multiple Support Analysts we have here to work with Global and Regional Implementation Project Managers, to ensure all projects are supported as needed. This involves supporting the Implementation Project Managers with the setup of our new clients from point of sale, to hand on to In-Life as live clients. This also includes database creation and management on our US & UK systems, process setup and liaison with Data Managers (IT) during all levels of bill creation and releases.
I am currently working for the International Business Manager and Implementation team, supporting them with our new clients, both international and domestic. This mainly involves setting up their accounts on our billing services and integrating their networks billing accounts into our own systems. Currently I deal with quite a few European, a couple of East Asian and have now started looking after some African client accounts. I have a lot to do with the day to day running and development of their accounts, and until these are passed over to our account managers, I am the main contact at Tangoe Europe for them.
