Responsible for the operational shoreside delivery of the British Sail GP stopover in July 2025. Overseeing complete onsite project management for all elements of the Race Stadium delivered by LS Events. As Site Manager, I was the main point of contact between the Organising Committee and suppliers, collaborating and troubleshooting whilst ensuring all schedules, standards and resources were met. Management of event time maintenance operations and ensuring continuous operation of event infrastructure.
Contract Administration of key supplier contracts. Monthly cost reporting, including anticipated final project costs and monthly cash flow. Review and negotiation of sub-contractor variations and claims. Preparing payment documentation for sub-contractors / suppliers. Preparing payment applications, variations and claims for client approval. Liaising / managing key clients. (USA, Australian, Canadian and UK Governments) Managing document trackers and keeping them up to date. Attending meetings and creating meeting minutes for circulation. Management of the main contract between ES Global Solutions and the client, and over multiple key sub-contract packages, whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders. Closure of final accounts with suppliers.
Contract management for the procurement, installation, maintenance, removal, and reinstatement of overlay works, temporary structures, power, HVAC, water and waste, cabling, containment and fencing for over 100 Olympic sites and competition venues. Management of the main contract between Arena and the client (OCOG), and over 60 key sub-contract packages. Negotiating client contract variations, their FA’s and Arena supply -chain. Managing the flow of change requests / variations from the client and turning these into packages for pricing by suppliers. Develop, implement, and maintain effective end-to-end procurement process and procedures to manage contracts and inventory, minimising operational and financial risks. Financial reporting includes spend to date, payments received and constant reviews of the anticipated final account of key packages. Closure of final accounts with the client and suppliers. Lead regular Progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
