• Daily upkeep and submission for approval of safety plans, job hazard analysis paperwork and all required paperwork before starting of daily operations • Fabrication of parts of different material to aid in installation of new equipment • Installing new elevator equipment to meet Utah compliance code, and Schindler SEES requirements • Modification and finishing building’s interior spaces (Drywall, concrete, brick, structural steel) for installation of new equipment • Safely rigged and signaled new equipment to rooftops of buildings • Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment; newly installed, and or pre-existing to maintain safe workings of elevator • Inspecting, adjusting and maintaining all tolerances required on moving equipment to meet code requirements • Maintain cleanliness of work areas inside and outside of buildings • Working closely with mechanic in any required activity (ex: adjusting hydraulic valves, installing doors/ door operator/ elevator cables/ electrical wiring) • Gaining, and maintain safe operation of car from cartop, landing and or in car
• Safely operated, maintained, and repaired heavy equipment including hydraulic systems, drives, valves, and pumps. • Familiarity in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues with septic systems. • Prepared forms and layouts for excavation projects and ensured compliance to specifications. • Fabricated parts for equipment and weld (MIG, Arc and TIG). • Loaded and unload excavation materials and haul to and from site. • Dug trenches, installed pipes, culvert and cables as needed. • Daily use of a large variety of hand tools, power tools and laser levels. • Applied safe operation of all equipment, on and off-road dump trucks, front end loader, excavators, skid-steer, bulldozer, roller, compactors of varying size, and concrete mixing equipment.
• NAVY RTC transformed mind set from civilian life into an educated, trained, knowledgeable, and disciplined Sailor who was expected to follow the most stringent uniform and living quarter standards. • BUD/S Prep - eight-week physical and mental challenge to prepare for the next step in training. • BUD/S First phase - assesses physical conditioning, water competency, teamwork, and mental tenacity. • Dive Prep - training course in which physically prepared for the next stage of which included completing basic electrical and engineering courses. • Dive School - tested water competency, introduced basic diving skills, and completed all physical tests throughout pool week.
