I am a renewables energy professional with a focus on talent and people solutions, helping businesses across the sector build the teams they need to deliver on some of the most ambitious clean energy projects in the world. My work spans client relationship management, strategic business development, and engagement with major industry players, from established utilities to pioneering clean technology developers across the globe. The energy transition is the defining challenge of our generation and I want to be at the heart of it. The projects I work on are not just commercially exciting, they are genuinely world-changing, and my job is to make sure the right people are in place to deliver them. Outside of work, I am a semi-professional football referee and have been selected onto the FA Core programme, a selective pathway that recognises referees with the potential to progress to the highest levels of the game. It is an experience that has sharpened my decision-making, composure under pressure, and ability to lead in high-intensity moments, qualities I carry into every professional setting.
