Responsibility and oversight of the Human Resources function at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Colorado. In addition to these functions this role also leads the Employee Housing function for Vail Resorts.
HR for Vail Mountain since October 2007. This HR department supports resort operations for ski school, mountain dining, mountain operations, and administrative functions. The position is a member of the Vail's senior leadership team reporting the the COO of Vail Mountain. In the summer of 2012 I also added responsibility for the three HR functions at our hotel properties in Vail - The Arrabelle at Vail Square, the Lodge at Vail and the Vail Marriott. In October 2015, I was given responsibility for Beaver Creek Resort HR as well. At peak, my teams support over 8000 employees.
