With over 25 years of experience in the intelligence and defense sectors, I am passionate about applying my analytical, strategic, and leadership skills to the field of mergers and acquisitions. As an M&A Analyst at Deloitte, I help clients achieve their growth and transformation goals by conducting due diligence, valuation, and integration planning. I hold an MS in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where I specialized in Business Analytics and participated in the MIT 100K Launch competition. Leads manpower planning and resourcing, and graduate education programs for the Navy’s Information Warfare Community in addition to providing strategic engagement, IT, and logistics for the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations. • Oversee complex infrastructure initiatives: formed N2N6 Workspace Advisory Board to coordinate network upgrades and $2M construction effort; identified 20% reduction in mobility hardware during full IT inventory and equipment review covering 1000+ users. • Led design of analytic dashboard to give senior management predictive insights into staffing decisions.

Led team of 25+ intelligence analysts who delivered over 300+ pages/year of threat and vulnerability analyses for U.S. Navy aviation operations worldwide. Second-line supervisor with responsibility over finances, performance metrics, and identifying mission and fiscal efficiencies with other units. • Developed novel analytics tool to identify weakness in adversary weapons systems, increasing speed and accuracy of response; subsequently turned into AI/machine learning tool that is still in use. • Spearheaded collaboration between Navy and Air Force intelligence agencies to ensure better, faster intelligence. • Published organization’s first annual goals and objectives to address cultural and process barriers, leading to production of more intelligence products in any year in organization’s 30-year history.
