• Carry out all tasks required to process orders through various channels, which includes Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B); • Pack products according to customer orders; • Bag and seal roasted coffee into packages; • Assist with labeling and packaging of coffee bags; • Monitor inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels, which includes managing and tallying of coffee inventory & retail products on a daily and monthly basis; • Assist with the ordering of day-to-day supplies needed; • Receive, stock, and organize products at the roastery;
