Previdi Redevelopment Equities ("PRE") is a "boutique" commercial real estate redevelopment firm. Our core business is to identify underutilized, obsolete real estate assets in in-fill locations and to transform those assets into Class A, institutional quality properties. Our extensive redevelopment experience allows us to recycle these assets into uniquely attractive, functional and cost effective facilities for our clients. The majority of our current redevelopment business is is (and has always been) the acquisition and redevelopment of excess corporate real estate. Currently, we have one such project in process: Arborcrest - The $50+ million redevelopment of a 900,000-square-foot, 137 acre corporate office campus (the former world headquarters of Unisys Corporation) located in the Philadelphia suburbs.
