Data and Growth leader with a strong hands on AI/ML and analytics background (with a PhD in Physics). I’m a generalist with broad interests and experience across technical DS roles, product management, growth strategy, consulting and client delivery. I’ve worked in consulting, government, corporate, startup, and scale-up environments and have found that my sweet spot is in fast paced early stage startups.       Nearly three-quarters of the global population are affected by chronic disease (WHO), yet most healthcare innovation targets the wealthy - with concierge clinics, luxury wearables, and $1,000+ blood tests out of reach for most. Human Health was founded by two ex-Canva product leaders, Kate and Georgia to change that - making precision healthcare radically accessible for the 99%, not just biohackers or billionaires. Human helps people living with chronic conditions like ADHD, autoimmune disease, long COVID, anxiety, and rare illnesses track their health, build a full medical record, and get personalised insights - all while contributing to one of the world’s largest living datasets on chronic illness. My role encompasses Data and Growth, including close collaboration on core Product features relating to Health Insights.

      At Hatch, I lead a team of data scientists and organisational psychologists tasked with creating hiring systems and solutions in a design lead product. I'm a strong proponent of Human-centred design and believe that good analytics and predictive modelling solutions in products starts with cross-functional collaboration on how the data is collected and the outcomes measured, rather than applying machine learning techniques over the "wrong" data. Highlights: • Designed, built, and maintained a fullstack application that enabled a Human in the loop job matching algorithm we used for shortlisting applications • Product managed the Covid-19 Labour Exchange product that we rapidly created to facilitate job matching between stood down workers and opportunities (mostly in customer support) created by the pandemic • Created Bayesian Belief Network algorithms for person-job matching that incorporated prior information from domain experts and existing databases
