An operations focused leader specializing in scaling product-led businesses from design through to production, with a focus on sustainable materials and complex supply chains. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve worked across apparel, consumer goods, textiles and bio-materials, holding CEO, COO and Director responsibilities in organizations undergoing growth, transition, and operational scale-up. My experience sits at the intersection of materials, product, operations, and commercial strategy, turning creative or technical innovation into structured, scalable businesses. Previously I have held senior product and merchandising leadership roles at R.M.Williams, Tommy Hilfiger, Dockers (Levi Strauss & Co)., and Saint Laurent, managing global product strategies and regional operations across Europe and Asia. As well as entrepreneurial experience by running my own merchandising consultancy business.
