Responsibilities: Maintain multi-cloud directory services infrastructure as part of Identity Management team Accomplishments: − Created PowerShell and Python scripts to report on AWS resources and optimize the deployment of domain controllers in AWS. − Initiated project to deploy configuration management for directory services infrastructure.
Supported university-wide Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory, Exchange, SCOM, Office 365, and Azure Active Directory.
Led testing and pilot efforts for Office 365 deployment project. This involved significant research into best practices for integration and use of the Office 365 product portfolio. Created PowerShell and python scripts to access REST APIs for several SAAS applications in order to provide custom management and data reporting capabilities. Primary administrator for several SAAS/hybrid services including CrashPlan, Box and Duo, responsible for identity integration, configuration, maintenance, documentation and support. Created documentation and training for Office 365 as part of project team.
