I am currently an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Nedgroup Investments.I joined the firm in September 2023 and am part of the Palomar team that launched our Global Strategic Bond fund in January 2024. I focus on bottom up analysis of both IG and HY credit, whilst also managing our portfolio alongside macro and top down level research. Previously, I graduated from Exeter University with a first class degree in Economics, I was then invited to teach Economics to the sixth form students at the Royal Grammar School Guildford. After a fantastic year at the RGS, I joined the audit graduate program at Deloitte within the Investment Management & Private Equity division. As an audit assistant manager, I worked with private equity firms focusing on complex accounting issues and portfolio company valuations. I achieved first-time passes on all 15 of my ACA exams and qualified as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant in September 2023.
