Management includes but not limited to selection, contracting, scope review of all required project consultants from inception to completion, as well as schedule and budget management. Projects managed range in budget from $7m to $68m.

Internally, started and co-led a professional development group encouraging and aiding co-workers seeking licensure as well as acting as a liaison for new hires during the on-boarding process. Also, represented the firm at both national and local organisation conferences/events.

Acted as job captain on large renovation and addition to high school relocation in Boston. Also, organize several internal firm events as well as firm volleyball team in a local architects volleyball league.
