• Responsible for project management of Prototype delivery and test co-ordination for Vehicle Dynamics and other key driven attributes (NVH, SCS, Brakes etc..) of latest super BEV SUV project using JIRA toolset. • Setup new connections with suppliers and facilitating contracts/purchasing agreements. • Chair for senior level meetings to enable collaboration different departments and teams.
• Program attribute team leader for full suite of component test and development to required to deliver vehicle dynamics on latest Jaguar Super BEV saloon project. • Managed a small successful team in short space of time and implemented new planning structure using project management tools such as JIRA and LUCID.
• Team Leader for Jaguar Land Rover new BEV SUV projects, successfully delivering a new full range of wheel & tyre component performance to meet modern ECO and handling targets. • Overseas test logistics and personnel responsibilities. Including mentoring for driver training.
• Test engineer and project management for Jaguar wheel and tyre components at test tracks across Europe. • Team personal / large scale component operations planning and logistics co-ordination.
