Responsible for Product Management of Inca’s Inkjet Products, Automation, Robot & Workflow Solutions. Responsible for Product Marketing, supporting our distributor sales channel and commercial management to help sustain our business and grow sales opportunities. Responsible for non-standard, customised solutions to help grow sales in existing product sectors and develop new product markets. Primary link between the external market and internal project, engineering development teams. Supporting our parent company, Screen, to understand business objectives, product line and develop marketing plans to support those activities. Responsible for managing and supporting business development projects and opportunities within Inca and those co-ordinated through Screen headquarters. Responsible for providing a demonstration & sample preparation forum for our distributor sales channel and directly supported customers including physical and virtual events and programs. Responsible for providing Professional & Applications based services to our sales partners and directly supported customer base to help grow & fulfil their own business needs.

Global responsibility for validation of new ink products, OEM products and Colour Software for High, Mid and Entry level Fujifilm Products. Responsible for Ink Application Training Post Installation on all Inca Onset Equipment in Europe. Support Customer Demonstrations at Fujifilm's Advanced Print Technology Centre (APTC) in Brussels. 3rd Line Escalation Contact for Customer Support. Trouble shoot technical issues.
