Responsible for active contract/procurement/subcontract management in support of projects and proposals, management of project subcontractors, RFPs, contract negotiations, execution, claims, dispute resolution, settlements, internal and external REAs, cost, scope compliance/gap, schedule, WBS and performance indicators. Main POC for all civil construction claims for Client negotiations and claims.
