I lead product strategy for Swift, ONEOK's B2B platform for commodity trading and logistics — serving 400+ weekly active users across 100+ companies and directly enabling a $1.5B revenue stream. My path here wasn't typical. I started as a field engineer, moved into integrity management and operational risk, jumped into front-line field operations in a new shale play, then pivoted into product and technology leadership. That field-to-software journey means I build products grounded in how the energy business actually works — not how it looks from a conference room. Before ONEOK, I stood up a technology enablement function at Dynamic Risk (engineering consulting → SaaS pivot), founded and led the operational risk program at Williams Companies, and supervised pipeline integrity and construction operations across the midstream value chain. What I'm focused on now: transforming complex authorization and dispatch workflows into intuitive digital experiences, building a product team culture around measurable outcomes, and closing the gap between how energy software works and how it should feel.

Founded Operational Risk team and led company cultural risk transformation through design and delivery of enterprise risk matrix, qualitative and quantitative risk assessment tools, and techniques. Created business model based on user-empowerment: trained, coached, and qualified over 40 risk users who collectively risk rank thousands of scenarios each year. Designed & implemented program to prioritize 2,500 projects covering $1.5B of planned capital spend.
Responsible for scoping and consolidation of multiple legacy Integrity Management (IM) systems including baseline assessment plans, preventive and mitigative measures, data integration and reporting, and rewrite efforts to consolidate four Integrity Management Plans. Responsible for compliance assurance, internal records reviews, and audit support for shared systems. Project manager for board requested project to study company risk culture and create an Operational Risk Management system for the enterprise.
Directly responsible for startup, commissioning, and daily operation of 4 natural gas compressor facilities in rich gas gathering system – combined volume of 500+ MMCFD, CAPEX investment of $140+ MM, 72,380 combined horsepower across 35 compressor units, and 9 glycol dehydration trains. Participated in PHAs for initial facility designs and subsequent expansions projects. Oversaw commissioning and startup of first 4,000 electric drive compressors in the company (total of 5 units between 2 stations). Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and direct supervision of facility operators. Developed the team from 0 to 11 operators in 18 months and established stable shift schedules with high employee satisfaction.
