My current role is working for a multi site, fast growth tech company based in Victoria, London. Approximately 400 headcount split over two sites.. ● As the first FM, I helped to build a Facilities department from scratch. ● Project managed a refurb with a budget of approx £250k to implement agile working ● Created a Health and Safety policy in line with parent company, and implemented processes across business. ● Full supplier review making cost savings of approx £100k, and implemented a TFM contract. ● Set up satellite office from the start, including design and moves ● Line management of service staff.
Providing support and services for all departments, as required * Analyzing results and producing reports * Responsibility for the monitoring of plant and equipment * overseeing soft services including cleaning * Identify requirements for holding spare parts, ensuring adequate supplies are held for key processes and equipment * Planning and control of preventative maintenance. * Write/update and implement maintenance procedures and systems to minimise downtime. Services * Timely reviews of existing on-site services or specifications * Ensure all maintenance contracts are managed * Project manage, supervise and co-ordinate the work of contractors Risk, governance and compliance * Regularly carry out Risk Assessments * Overseeing Health and Safety * Ensure compliance with the Company’s Health & Safety and Quality Policies and that the entire facility complies with up to date legislation * Act as senior person within team during FMs’ absence * Developing and inspiring the team using excellent communication and influencing skills
