Students about me and my classes: "The course itself was a discovery for me - I had similar courses in my previous degrees and did not have too high hopes this time around. However, upon its completion, I would recommend the Cooperation Models by Mats Soomre to anyone who wants to work successfully in teams. My opinion is based largely on the Belbin report, which should be distributed at every company/team. It gives the person and the team members a very clear understanding of each other's strengths and weaknesses. Moreover, it can result in much stronger and more efficient teams if they choose to cover weaknesses by playing to the team members’ strengths. At last, a great way to highlight differences between the Belbin team roles was the Kahoot game." "The Belbin questionnaire helped me to discover myself. As a mentor with Solaride, I work closely with the board and team leaders to strengthen leadership skills and foster effective, strengths-based teamwork. My role involves one-on-one guidance as well as group sessions, helping leaders and individual team members tap into their unique strengths and align their efforts with the team’s overarching goals. Drawing on my experience with the Belbin Team Roles model, I support the Solaride team in building a balanced, high-performing culture that drives sustainable growth and innovation.
