I am an experienced consultant from the software engineering community. I began my career as a Java developer but has since then worked with architecture, project management and requirements analysis. My current role is Managing Delivery Architect.
Mats delivered architecture services in the healthcare domain as part of a program to introduce a new Electronic Health Record platform. The focus of the sub-project was to integrate existing applications and their business workflows to the new platform and involved performing baseline analysis and target definition for the areas business, information, application and infrastructure.
Acted product owner and solution architect in delivery to establish a new support portal for connected services used by a large company in the manufacturing domain. Business as well as technically responsible for the product as well as a team of 7 resources. The delivery was unfortunately paused due to the corona crisis.
Mats delivered architecture services in a project to establish a platform to handle compensation for healthcare providers. The work started up as a prestudy then continuing as a project. It involved baseline as well as high level target architecture with focus primarily on business, information and application. It also involved supporting the selection of the target platform.

Tech lead and Service manager in Identity and access management project for a large client. Involved in prestudy, tool selection, analysis of as-is and to be architecture. Acting tech lead for development project and Service manager for Application Maintenance of the platform.
Acted tech lead in project to roll out Price, Contract and Quotation platform for a large client. Project was aimed at functional enhancements as well as handling global roll-out and was delivered with success. As a service manager I also helped establish processes for incident, problem and change management.
