Supporting approximately 2,000 employees across the Nordic region, our HR team plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, while our payroll team guarantees timely and accurate compensation for these employees, contributing significantly to overall satisfaction.
Leading the HR function at ALTEN Sweden with a team of 5 HR Partners and 5 Payroll Officers. Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies focusing on labour law, work environment and payroll.
As HR-Specialist in ALTEN Sweden I provided support and advice to 120 managers, specializing in areas such as trade union negotiations, psychosocial work environment, rehabilitation, diversity and gender equality. Key Achievement: Part of Transformation Project - H2R, were we meticulously outlined 10 flow charts for unified international HR processes.
As an HR Business Partner, I held responsibility for the B2B business segment. An integral member of the executive team, I actively championed HR visibility and fostered increased collaboration between HR and the business units. In this capacity, I worked closely with the operations, offering hands-on support to 22 managers across all HR-related matters. Key Achievement: During my tenure at Resia, the company underwent a substantial reorganization impacting approximately 50 offices. I played a pivotal role, leading negotiations, crafting communication plans, and providing support to managers in challenging conversations.
Fossil Group is a global leader in design, innovation and marketing of fashion lifestyle and accessory products, with over 10.000 employees distributing watches and accessories to 150 countries. As Head of HR for Scandinavia I was empowering managers across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark with comprehensive HR support. I was responsible for implementing global HR strategies and initiatives and continuously improving local HR policies and processes. Key achievement: Played a pivotal role in a transformative organizational restructuring, overseeing the seamless transition of a retiring Managing Director, orchestrating a successful merger with the Benelux region, and strategically closing a branch office in Denmark.
Humana Assistans is the largest private provider of personal assistance in Sweden and a part of the Humana Group. In this role, I held overall responsibility for payroll and tax reporting for approximately 8000 employees. This included quality assurance of the payroll management process, as well as the development of payroll systems, procedures, and policies. An integral member of the executive team and lead a team of 15 dedicated payroll professionals.
In charge of overseeing the company's payroll and HR system, including managing and developing them. Additionally, I lead a team of two dedicated professionals. Key Achievement: Successfully orchestrated the setup of all monthly and annual processes associated with the new systems.
