Running the front desk and being the face of the hotel overnight, while also closing the books for the day, producing reports and setting up the morning team for success 💪
• Responsible for tracking, communicating, and reporting the status of every shipment I am assigned to. • Interraction between many teams in the company (Truck drivers, Dispatch department, Safety department, Accounting department etc.) • Knowing freight current location and status during all times to provide accurate ETAs. • Fast and correct decision making, working under pressure, multitasking and team effort are crucial skills for this position • Providing backup support to any other department or team member when required.
