Paris, Île-de-France, France
After several years of professional experience in the retail industry, I felt the need to refocus on subjects that deeply inspire me. This is what led me to change direction and move into human resources in 2021, a field that fully matches my daily curiosity and my desire to contribute to collective well-being and performance. Since then, I have had the opportunity to build solid skills in internal communication, HR project management, and, above all, talent recruitment and support. What motivates me every day : building relationships, understanding the needs of teams, bringing out potential, and contributing to a positive and engaged corporate culture.
