Responsible for the development of wind energy projects in Wallonia (pipeline of 50 MW): - Project Management in Wallonia (site screening, negotiations with landowners and private partners, public meeting, environmental impact studies, grid studies, collaboration with local stakeholders and engineering offices, permit submission, legal follow-up of assets). - Business Development in Wallonia and support for the North of France. - Promotion of the projects, the company and the wind sector. - Reporting to Country Manager and KDE Europe
creation and development from scratch of the green electricity supply activities on the Belgian market (Wallonia, Brussels and Flanders): • Business plan: market and legal analysis, selection of partners, strategy determination, tasks and procedures, contacts with clients and suppliers, support for industrial projects in Renewable Energy (photovoltaic energy) • Training and management of Belpower Energy team: front-office and back-office management, collaboration with regulators and partners, product promotion, negotiations with external bodies (Test-Achats, Greenpeace, CRIOC) • Presentation of the business to KBC and BEI • Target reached: 10.000 clients.
Setting up of a methodology to process the pricing for electricity, gas, CO2 and green certificates commodities. Determination of risk components related to pricing.
Legislative analysis of the climate change policy and study of the greenhouse gas markets (EU-ETS, ETS). Research under study: “Impact analysis of the European Linking Directive regarding the introduction of international CO2 credits on the European market (EU-ETS)”.
