Leading SOLVINT’s learning and development initiatives across EMEA. I design and deliver tailor-made procurement and supply chain capability programs — from foundational training to advanced coaching tracks — helping clients turn strategy into lasting performance. Beyond learning delivery, I manage our back-office team and drive the commercial and program management operations that keep the Academy running smoothly. At the same time, I play an active role in growing SOLVINT’s broader ecosystem — strengthening our brands, building partnerships, and expanding our footprint across Europe.
As the lead for Solvint Academy EMEA, I oversee the design, development, and delivery of customized, blended procurement training courses, skill development programs, and coaching tracks for clients across the EMEA region. Additionally, I manage a back-office team that supports our sales and program management for both in-company and open training programs.
Providing specialized procurement expertise to companies and teams across various industries, leveraging both my personal experience and Solvint’s extensive knowledge network to enhance best practices in numerous specific domains. By understanding each customer’s unique needs, I aim to deliver the optimal solution swiftly and effectively.
As a lecturer in Procurement & Tendering, I have the opportunity to guide young professionals in developing a strong foundation in Procurement. My role focuses on equipping students with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to navigate procurement processes, understand tendering dynamics, and assess their impact on business and sustainability. By bridging academic insights with real-world supply chain challenges, I aim to prepare students for the evolving landscape of procurement, sustainability, and strategic supplier relationships.
Key User role for the workstream Source-to-Pay, facilitating the implementation of SAP S4/Hana. Main tasks are to: • Provide in location specific information, documentation and data for a successful implementation. • Follow training and give training. • Take lead in the development of business processes and end-user documentation. • Participate in workshops and presentations to validate designs of the solution. • Perform tests and validation activities. • Identify and develop training for end-users. • Provide the training. • Provide 1st line support after go-live. • Compliment and validate data from conversions.
