As Head of Product & Solutions at Visa Europe, I lead the strategy, development, and commercialisation of next-generation payment solutions that are shaping the future of commerce across the region. My focus is on delivering innovative, customer-centric products that enhance the way people pay and get paid - with identity, choice and experience at the core of every interaction. Today, I’m helping lead the shift to agentic commerce, where AI-powered agents simplify discovery, comparison, and purchase, ensuring trust and personalisation is embedded in every step. Together with our talented Visa Product team across Europe, we’re building the infrastructure and forging the partnerships that will power the next generation of digital commerce.
Team: 25 people (Product Commercialisation, Solution and Proposition management, Product GTM and Marketing) Products: Horizontal commercial responsibility across all products and solutions for Visa Consumer Payments and Value-Added Services (e.g., Core and Consumer solutions, Risk and Identity solutions, Acceptance solutions, Open Banking) for UK and Ireland market (second largest business in size globally for Visa)

+ Advise and support leading Internet companies and Ecommerce merchants with their digital journey and their online payments needs, leveraging 12 years of experience, both in management consulting at the highest level and as CEO of a large fintech online payment company + Counsel several Private Equity firms on their investments in the online payments space Recent projects include: - Designing the digital roadmap (strategy and implementation plan) for a publicly listed company active in money printing and money management services - Conducting several commercial due diligences and valuations on potential acquisition targets in the online payment space for leading Private Equity firms - Advising a European Online Payments Service Provider on their growth strategy and regulatory compliance - Supporting several Ecommerce merchants by managing their online payments needs. This includes sourcing adequate providers, designing fraud management policies and ensuring PCI-DSS compliance
