After 26 years at Inter IKEA, where I navigated the challenges of identity and access management across a global ecosystem, I'm now leading IdentIT’s expansion in the Netherlands. Had a great time presenting programs on Hot Dance Radio. Club Sandwich was every weekday at noon, the Random Top 5 was Sunday afternoons. Currently I am still the station voice for the imaging elements and promos. In addition to presenting my own show, I used GenAI tools to produce jingles and other show elements for myself and other HDR talent.
Together with two awesome business partners, brought dance hits during the day and world class DJs at night. On DAB+ on Ibiza and online everywhere. Myself I helped out with commercial approaches, bookkeeping and hosting Club Sandwich.
What a great job. I got to build and lead the Inter IKEA C/IAM team. That was seven sharp in-house IAM brains, together with a large team of the most plugged-in external specialists. We got to work on some of the most interesting enterprise cases around. Questions of legacy vs ambition, expediency vs vision. Always with a ticking clock. While striving to remember "it's not just what you do, it's how you do it". Shaping the IAM agenda and trying to steer this energy to take meaningful decisions was the job. All predictable IAM topics crossed the table (PAM, governance, digital workplace, etc).

End-to-end accountability for solutions in the areas of: - Hardware standards and management : Hardware and peripherals (laptops, mobile devices, etc.), including device management policies and tools. : Operating systems : Managed client services - Identity and access management : Identity policies and federation standards for Inter IKEA Group : Tooling and solutions : VPN, iPass, password managers, etc. - Solution offering : Cloud platforms (Office365, Adobe CC) : Web browsers : App stores : Citrix and thin clients Responsibilities include roadmap creation, stakeholder alignment, budget ownership, project initiation and other activities necessary for the successful deployment of relevant solutions.
