Former professional rugby player, I have always been driven by strategy, teamwork, mutual support, and a strong work ethic. These values have constantly guided me throughout my journey. The "Decathlon school" allowed me to quickly climb the ranks and gain extensive knowledge in people and asset management. Having traveled extensively and worked in different countries, I have been exposed to diverse cultures and perspectives, which has helped me adapt my management approach. I also had the honor of representing my country (Belgium) in rugby. As a 15-a-side international player (75 matches) and a 7-a-side player (20 tournaments), I deeply embrace the values of this sport: teamwork, self-improvement, solidarity, camaraderie, and resilience. Today, I am eager to bring these values and experiences to a company that shares them and to continue enriching my professional journey.
