Service manager Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment • Evaluate dealer service capabilities and outline with dealers plans to improve their performance • Provide technical support and solutions for product problems, liase and feedback to headquarters with technical reports. Provide the network with both field based and factory supported solutions to the product problems in a timely way. • Assist and make recommendations to enhance tools & services required by the field. Advise dealers on service contracts, service inspection programs and extended warranty. Promote these as tools to generate service revenue for distribution and recurring revenue for the manufacturer. • Develop aftermarket and service support capability of the dealer network through the development and optimization of dealer service operations. • Assist to technical training to all levels of the service staff at dealer and major key account level . • Manage the dealer warranty account, disputes and service policy and procedures. Assist dealers own agreements with their service network. • Provide updated information on current industry and competitor aftermarket operations, plans, tools and developments within the industry and affecting industries.
