AG5's mission is simple: visualizing and closing your skills gaps – quickly and easily! As AG5’s Head of Product, my main priority is understanding the challenges our customers experience with their workforce's talent & compliance management and addressing them accordingly from a solution perspective. I think that part of being a leader in product management implies involving our development team in AG5's product roadmap and giving them space for creativity, while respecting deadlines and customer wishes. One of my biggest responsibilities as one of the founders at AG5 is to stay up to date with the latest market and technology trends. My aim is to act as a thought leader and consulting force for our customers, while implementing the latest technologies in a timely manner to keep them ahead of the competition.
