I bring more than 20 years of leadership experience in Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) and horticulture, shaped by a career that bridges Europe and North America. As President & CEO of Ontario Plants Propagation, I lead one of North America’s largest and most advanced plant propagation companies, focused on reliability, quality, and partnership at scale. My work centers on growth through innovation. I’ve led organizations through expansion, transformation, and strategic collaboration, building teams that deliver measurable results while strengthening customer and supplier trust. At Ontario Plants, this has meant driving revenue growth, broadening our customer portfolio, and positioning the company as the partner of choice for sustainable propagation.
