Selected to start a new business line in charge developing sales activities to optimize operational efficiency of asset/unit dedicated to owner and operator of cryogenics plants. Key responsabilities : 1) Identifying and qualifying new customers on a worldwide perimeter (focusing on Asia, MENA, Europe) and multi sectors (Chemical, Metals, Petrochemical, LNG ...) 2) Understanding and influencing customer strategies and serving as Air Liquide’s face to the customer on all cross-functional issues. 3) Delivering Net Operating Sales, Profit, Share, and achieving sales fundamentals targets at Air Liquide at lowest possible cost. Created, prototyped and led a digital crowd-sourcing challenge called Rock My Sales, introducing gamification concept (worldwide team battles), to generate business in 3 clicks, accessible to all Air Liquide employees.
Recruited to increase sales (+15%) and to manage and implement (10+) customer projects involving road mapping, staffing, business planning, cost monitoring, C-level presentation.
